Traders Realty has been a member of ERC, the Employee Relocation Council, since 1981. ERC is a professional membership association that consists of real estate firms that understand the needs of relocating employees and respond to those needs. Trader’s associates have been trained to compile an ERC appraisal, a standard in the industry, for you and your employer.

ERC’s Current membership includes 1,800 representatives from corporations that relocate their employees, as well as nearly 13,000 individuals and companies from the relocation industry such as real estate appraisers and brokers, area and personal counseling services, consulting services, home inspection companies, household goods movers, mortgage services, national house buying firms, and a variety of other relocation-related services.
